Once you’ve been in touch and enquired about a job, we’ll follow this up with a site survey and quotation. Once we’ve had written confirmation or a purchase order we’ll continue to take a deposit and process the job and start by getting it made. Once we’re near completion we’ll liaise with our customer and schedule date/time of fitting.
Depending on the type of sign that has been ordered, generally we have a lead time of 1Week – 1.5Weeks, however this all depends on the complicity of the job itself.
We make a point of only using high quality materials, unless specified. This is so we can guarantee our signage will last! Our vinyl and hard materials are all premium grade and have a lifespan of 8-10 years. We also sway towards L.E.D modules for lighting as these have a better durability rate.
Yes mainly, all of our material used are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. As we mainly use aluminum composite, cast acrylic and self adhesive. However it goes without saying that printed poster paper isn’t.
Depending on the type of signage you’ve purchased there’ll be a couple of different options.
Vehicle graphics: We highly recommend against high pressure washing as this will (No matter how good the vinyl is) start to come off. However we do our best to try and avoid this situation by rounding off sharp edges and trimming back bits when we fit them.
Internal/External Signage: Generally these are quite robust and won’t need regular maintenance, just a quick wipe down every so often will do. If it’s illuminated and it comes to the time of re-tubing or the lights go out – Give us a call and we’ll advise what the best option is.

Throughout the process and before you agree to anything. We’ll send detailed drawings showing as much detail as possible, this will give you a good idea on the finished sign.
